Advertising and your choices

The app is free and is funded by ads served by Google AdMob.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland

The first time you open the app you are shown a consent form provided by Google’s User Messaging Platform. You choose whether your data may be used for personalised ads. You can change that choice at any time from Settings → Privacy → Privacy options inside the app.

On iPhone and iPad

iOS asks you separately whether the app may track you across other companies’ apps and websites. If you decline, the advertising identifier is not shared for tracking and you will see non-personalised ads. You can change this in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

On Android

You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in Android Settings → Google → Ads.

Non-personalised ads still require basic data such as your approximate region and the ad shown, in order to display an ad and prevent fraud.

Who else receives your data

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone other than the service providers below, which process it on our behalf:

Data is stored on Google servers, including servers located in the European Union (europe-west1) and, for advertising, in other countries where Google operates.

How long we keep it

  • Game data and your anonymous profile are kept while the app is installed and for as long as the leaderboards reference them, unless you ask us to delete them.
  • Online-status records are deleted automatically the moment you close the app.
  • Analytics data is retained according to Google’s Firebase Analytics retention settings.
  • Deleting the app removes everything stored on your device.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to processing, or to withdraw consent.

Because the app has no sign-in, we identify you only by the anonymous ID generated on your device. To have that profile and its game data deleted, e-mail ersankolay@gmail.com from any address and include the display name shown on the app’s home screen (for example “Nimble Dragon #0784”). We will delete the data within 30 days.

You may also withdraw advertising consent at any time from Settings → Privacy → Privacy options.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in Google Firebase, protected by access rules that allow each player to write only to their own records.

Changes to this policy

If we change what the app collects, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. Significant changes will also be described in the app’s release notes.
