Barcode Counter

Effective date: July 2, 2026 · Applies to the mobile app “Barcode Counter” (com.ersan.stockcounter) on iOS and Android, developed by Ersan Kolay.

Summary

Barcode Counter does not collect, store, or share any personal data. Everything you count stays on your device.

Data stored on your device

• Your counts (barcodes, quantities, count names) and any product list you import are stored locally on your device only.
• No account is required, and no data is uploaded to us or to any third party.

Camera

The camera is used solely to scan barcodes in real time. Camera images are processed on the device and are never recorded, stored, or transmitted.

Files you import and export

Excel files you import are read locally. Reports you export are created locally and shared only through the apps you choose (e-mail, WhatsApp, etc.). We never receive a copy.

Analytics, ads and tracking

The app contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.

Data deletion

You can delete any saved count inside the app. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data permanently.

Children

The app does not collect data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page.
